A tribute to Phil's Grandma, who loved to windowshop on W. 57th St. and dream of escaping her Flatbush walk-up. Alas, it never happened, but we celebrate her spunk and style with fresh flavors of organic San Marzanos and fresh basil on a traditional grandma crust.
